We’re pleased to welcome an Admiral Nurse to our Live Well Community Hub. Admiral Nurses provide specialist support, advice and practical guidance to families affected by dementia, helping people navigate the challenges that dementia can bring. We also welcome SATH Hospital Transformation Programme.
