Good morning and Happy New Year from all at Beam!
Please find attached our new Beam leaflet, redesigned for 2019! Also included is our calendar outlining our workshop offer for the next few months.
**WORKSHOPS RUNNING NOW!**
At our Wellington venue Why Worry, an anxiety workshop, is running for children and young people aged 10+. This runs on a Tuesday from 4.30-5.30.
At our Shrewsbury venue, Mindful Moments, our mindfulness workshop, is running for any children and young people who access Beam, and parents are welcome to attend this with their children. This runs on a Thursday from 4.30-5.30.
**COMING SOON!**
Commencing 26th February, we are offering Understanding Emotions, a workshop aimed at primary-aged children. This will run from both our Wellington and Shrewsbury venues.
Beginning in April, we will be offering group support within our drop-in relating to exam and school stress.
**HOT TOPICS – STARTING 30TH JANUARY!**
Facilitated by Beam practitioners, Hot Topics is an opportunity for young people aged 12+ to lead a conversation about a topic of their choice with other young people. This offers the opportunity for exploration of ideas and other points of view within a safe environment at our Beam venue in Wellington. This will be held on the last Wednesday of every month from 5-6pm.
**As always, children and young people need to have previously registered with Beam, and attended one of our drop-in sessions before attending a group or workshop.**

**BEAM IS COMING TO LUDLOW!**
We are really excited to let you know that Beam will be operating in Ludlow from February 2019! Starting on 6th February, our drop-in will run on the first and third Wednesday of each month from Ludlow Youth Centre. The final touches are being added to our promotional information for this and it will be sent out to you as soon as possible. This will include a full list of dates that we will be open at this venue. Watch this space!
