School inspections – a guide for parents

To commemorate the Shropshire roll of honour, the worship council and dandelion group have been asked to write the names of all servicemen who gave their lives during the world wars on poppies. These poppies will then be created into lasting memorial. We will post pictures of the memorial as son as it is completed. We will very soon be receiving a copy of the Shropshire roll of honour- if you wish to come and see this please ask.

Year 4 and 5 have completed a Harvest Display for St Matthews. Please feel free to pop along and see the display.

A big thank you to Steph and Carmella who successfully applied for a £500 Envirogrant from Veolia. This money will go to our community garden at the front of the school. If you would like to help, or get involved with the garden please let the school know.

We will be taking part in the National No Pens Day this Wednesday 4th October.
