Something different for young people aged 8+ this May half term

Telford & Wrekin Council’s urban games offers a fun and safe environment for young people aged 8+.

Sports sessions in your local park including cycling, cricket, football, basketball and lots of others. Hosted by professionals and qualified coaches from AFC Telford United, Shropshire Cricket and Telford Bike Hub – come along! There’s something for everyone at venues across Telford.

Next Week Coronation

Tuesday 2nd May Stirke Action

As like Thursday, School will be restricted to year 3, 4 and 5. Year 6 will be open. Key workers and vulnerable will be expected in, we will use the list from Thursday 27th.

Friday 5th May Coronation day

We will be marking this special day with a Mufti day- wearing red, white and blue or any regal outfits!

Pupils will be having a picnic on the field (if weather is good).

In the afternoon we will complete some Special activties.

Analysis of data

  • All Strongly agrees is up on March 22 Feedback. In the middle is lower than March 22.
  • Results are in line with Novembers 22 Results.
  • Parents appointments was higher than last March

Actions:

  • I have recruited a member of staff to run additional clubs and activities from September 2023.
  • We will continue our focus on behaviour and pupils have devised new rewards.
  • We are still looking for parents governors, to help us develop further. Please ring the office if you are interested.
