Some news from our junior section is that one of our former players has been selected for Team GB in the Olympics, something the club is immensely proud of.

It’s the club’s 130th anniversary season so we’re looking to promote the club to get as many people trying hockey so we’ll be sharing more information with you to get kids active.

WE LOVE READING
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are delighted to invite you and your family to our inaugural Reading Picnic at Donnington Wood! This special event is designed to celebrate the joys of reading and to engage our school community in literacy activities in a fun and relaxed setting.
As well as the picnic, the whole day will be based around reading.
Children may come in mufti.

  • Date: Tuesday, 16th July
  • Time: 1:45 PM

During the picnic, there will be a variety of reading activities, story sharing sessions, and opportunities for parents and children to read together. It’s a perfect time to enjoy some family reading, share favourite books, and meet other families within our school community.
Please Bring:

Returning the attached RSVP slip to your child’s teacher.
We hope you can join us for what promises to be a delightful afternoon of literacy and community spirit. This is a wonderful opportunity to foster a love of reading among our students while enjoying the beautiful summer weather.

Road

Good Morning all,

This morning the road was really bad.

I remind you that there are two massive car parks to the left and right of the school.

Please use these.
